Refund Policy

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at redblotch23@gmail.com to request a return authorization and shipping instructions. 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. 

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or return with a full refund. 

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. 

Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging).
